At Instautomate, we provide end-to-end onboarding, automation setup, and technical support for the official WhatsApp Business API by Meta. Due to the nature of our services, which involve engineering effort, third-party approvals, and infrastructure provisioning, our policies are strictly defined as follows:
1. Setup Fee – Non-Refundable
The one-time setup fee covers extensive engineering work, configuration, and onboarding processes.
Once onboarding has begun, the setup fee is strictly non-refundable.
This includes activities such as business discovery, Meta setup, WABA creation, API configuration, and automation deployment.
Even if the project is paused or discontinued midway, no refund will be issued, as resources are already allocated and utilized.
2. Meta (WhatsApp) Approval Dependency
Instautomate assists with the complete onboarding process; however:
WhatsApp Business API access is subject to approval by Meta (WhatsApp).
Any delay, rejection, restriction, or limitation imposed by Meta is outside our control.
Such cases do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.
3. Service Delivery & Usage
Once any part of the service has been delivered, the payment is considered consumed.
This includes:
Access to automation systems or panel
Setup progress (partial or complete)
Training, consultation, or onboarding support
Deployment of any automation workflow
After this point, no refunds will be issued.
4. Subscription Policy (Monthly / Yearly Plans)
Our subscription plans cover ongoing maintenance and infrastructure.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
The subscription remains active for the selected billing period.
No refunds will be provided for unused time or partial usage.
Subscription includes only maintenance (hosting, monitoring, minor fixes), not new development.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing and service usage after the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Once the subscription ends, automation services and API access may be discontinued.
6. Delivery Timelines Disclaimer
Delivery timelines depend on:
Client responsiveness
Availability of required documents
Meta verification timelines
Instautomate does not guarantee fixed timelines due to dependency on third-party approvals.
7. Scope of Service
Instautomate primarily focuses on WhatsApp Business API automation.
Subscription includes:
Hosting & infrastructure
API maintenance
Uptime monitoring
Minor bug fixes
Template monitoring
Subscription does NOT include:
New automation workflows
Major redesigns
CRM/ERP integrations
Advanced custom development
These are offered as separate paid professional services.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via trusted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
9. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any Instautomate service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy.
