Service Definition Instautomate, operated by RazaTech Consultancy, provides WhatsApp Business API automation services including setup, deployment, maintenance, and support. 2. Client Responsibilities Provide accurate business information and required documents Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies and Indian laws Maintain confidentiality of account credentials Respond promptly during setup and verification processes 3. Delivery Timelines Delivery times depend on business responsiveness and Meta verification timelines, which we cannot control. We commit to our best efforts but cannot guarantee specific completion dates. 4. No Business Results Guarantee We provide automation tools but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, leads, or customer satisfaction results. 5. Payment Terms All payments processed via Razorpay. Setup fee is due before onboarding begins. Subscriptions billed monthly or yearly as selected. 6. Technology Ownership All automation technology, code, and infrastructure remain the property of RazaTech Consultancy. 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to Secunderabad jurisdiction.
